If you forget your password you will need to go to https://mypass.olatheschools.com to reset it. If your password has expired (every 3 months) you will need to reset it on a school district windows workstation.
Troubleshooting Moodle includes switching to a different browser (Firefox recommended), clearing the browser cache and restarting the browser, rebooting your computer, or switching to a different computer. Also be sure that Java and Adobe Flash plugins are updated on your computer.
